Carolyn has over 25 years of wealth management and financial markets experience.

As a Partner within Perpetual Private Carolyn specialises in providing complex strategic and investment advice to high net worth individuals and families. She also specialises in providing financial advice to women and is passionate about improving female financial literacy, enabling women to make financial decisions which promotes security, stability and financial freedom.

Prior to joining Perpetual Private in 2009 Carolyn held roles at Macquarie Private Bank and JP Morgan Chase.

Carolyn has a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, Diploma of Financial Planning and is also a CFP member of the FPA and has completed all FASEA requirements.

Carolyn is also a board member of The Beautiful Bunch, a social enterprise which provides training and employment opportunities for young refugee women.

Roxanne is an experienced and highly qualified wealth management professional having held various leadership and adviser roles within Private Banking and Private Client segments over the past 20 years.

As a Partner within Perpetual Private Clients Roxanne leads teams of Senior Financial Advisers and Associate Advisors across NSW and the ACT - providing exceptional service and holistic advice to retail and wholesale clients.

Roxanne also manages a select number of high net worth client relationships ensuring objectives are consistently met. Roxanne works with clients to bring clarity, direction and discipline to their financial and investment  affairs.

As a leader and financial adviser Roxanne is focussed on developing strong client relationships with a particular interest in Family Wealth taking into account investment strategies and market conditions. 

Roxanne has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Master of Financial Planning and a MBA. Roxanne is also a CFP member of the FPA and has completed all FASEA requirements.

Elysse provides a holistic approach to financial advice with a strong relationship focus. She works with her clients to understand their current situation, define their goals, and then develop a plan to achieve them. Elysse uses her expertise to translate complex concepts into simple terms, helping her clients make informed decisions.

She specialises in providing financial advice to individuals and families.
Elysse is passionate about all aspects of wellbeing and finds purpose in helping people achieve financial wellbeing. Outside of work, she is a wife and mum who enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, exercising, getting out in nature, and traveling.

Elysse is a Certified Financial Adviser with a Master's in Financial Planning and over 15 years of experience in the financial advice industry.

Marisa has a substantial background in financial planning and advisory services. With 20 years of experience, she has honed her expertise in assisting clients develop investment strategies that significantly increase their net worth over time, along with ensuring financial security and a comfortable lifestyle post-retirement for her clients.

Many clients have benefited from Marisa’s ability to simplify and implement effective strategies to meet their financial needs. One of Marisa’s most valuable attributes is her exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with clients.  Upon meeting with Marisa, its immediately apparent that she is passionate about helping clients identify what is important to them and guides them to make well- informed decisions to optimise their wealth journey now and for the future.

Marisa’s career includes roles at prominent global and Australian banks, such as Macquarie Bank Citibank and Westpac Private. Marisa is committed to providing her clients with the highest quality financial advice and takes pride in building long standing relationships spanning generations.  Marisa shows her clients an unwavering commitment to education about financial matters and keeping them up-to-date on legislative changes that impact their situation.

Marisa holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (Adv.DipFS(FP) passed the FASEA industry exam and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). 

Liz is a Senior Investment Adviser, day-to-day contact on investment implementation and partnership management. Supported by two Associate Advisers.

Liz is your primary relationship manager and investment adviser. Liz specialises in advising not-for-profit and philanthropic clients. She has a deep understanding of the unique needs and strategic objectives of not-for-profit organisations and helps her clients implement best practice investment policies. Liz also connects clients to other parts of the Perpetual business, including Philanthropic services.

Before joining Perpetual, Liz was responsible for business development and investment consulting at Macquarie, providing asset allocation and investment policy advice, investment solutions and board presentations for more than 100 not-for-profit clients.  

Liz has a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Financial Planning, Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Royal Australian Navy Staff College.

Liz is President of a NSW Premier League Netball Franchise. She volunteers with the Wayside Chapel.

Laura is a Risk Specialist part of the Priority Life team within the Perpetual Group. 
 
Laura is an experienced financial adviser who specialises in personal risk insurance such as life insurance and income protection. Laura enjoys working with medical professionals and business owners to create personalised tailored solutions for individuals and business’ including buy/sell and key person arrangements. Clients have benefited from Laura’s ability to educate and simplify the complexities of insurance advice. Laura is very passionate about helping people find the right insurance options and is also a big advocate to helping other women. 
 
Prior to joining the Perpetual Group as a Risk Specialist in 2024 Laura held roles at the National Australia Bank and a boutique Wealth Advice Firm. 
 
Laura holds a Bachelor of Business major in Financial Planning, has completed all FASEA requirements and is also an active member of the FAAA.

Emily is an experienced Certified Financial Planner with over 20 years of experience in providing personal financial advice to medical specialists and affluent clients to help achieve their financial goals. 

Emily is passionate about educating her clients in financial matters and by providing a holistic approach to financial planning, specialising in cashflow, superannuation (including SMSFs), personal insurance, investment and retirement strategies, she is able to deliver peace of mind to all of her clients, knowing their financial future is secured, enabling them to enjoy life to the fullest. 
 
Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and the Master’s Degree in Commerce. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

Joanne is a Senior Financial Adviser at Perpetual Private with over 24 years of experience. She is dedicated to providing the right advice to her clients during the moments that matter most. Joanne understands the challenges of managing finances while leading a busy life, especially for her medical professional clients who often prioritise helping others over their own financial affairs. 

At the heart of everything Joanne does is the desire to help her clients have the best life possible, helping them protect and grow their assets, to provide the lifestyle they deserve. 

When not working with her clients Joanne is charging in the outdoors, surrounded by family and friends. She loves living on the Sunshine Coast where natures gifts are so diverse. 

Jo holds the qualification of Certified Financial Planner CFP. 

Jessica has over 13 years’ experience working with medical professionals and high net worth clients, specialising in providing strategic and lifestyle advice in cashflow management, superannuation, retirement planning, Investment and Aged Care. She has enjoyed the experience of helping clients at all different stages of their career, from newly qualified medical professionals to retiring business owners.

Jessica is passionate about passing on her knowledge and educating her clients in financial matters. She continually devotes her time to professional development, holding a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Aged Care Specialist. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

In her spare time, she works with the Cancer Council’s Pro Bono Program, helping people affected by cancer who need financial advice, as well as enjoying early morning walks in the great outdoors, followed by a generous piece of sourdough, lathered with butter and vegemite.
